1. Civic Commons License (CCL v1.0)

License Summary (Plain English):

This work is open for civic, educational, and non-commercial use. Anyone may reuse, adapt, and build upon it — as long as it remains aligned with the values of dignity, equity, and regenerative living.

  • ✅ Share freely for public good

  • ✅ Modify and adapt with attribution

  • ❌ No for-profit use without permission

  • 🔄 Derivatives must be shared under the same spirit

  • The following systems are open-source under the Civic Commons License:

You may:

All systems — including The Arbor, Guardian, and infrastructure blueprints — are governed by the principles of community data ownership and local control.
No systems are cloud-dependent. No citizen data is harvested or sold.

4. Guardian AI & Data Ethics

All symbols and ritual design elements are open for cultural continuation, public art, and civic use.
You may:
