The Tuvalu Sovereign Vision Stewardship Trust ("the Trust") is in the process of formal registration as a charitable trust under New Zealand law.
 

This Trust is being established to:

• Hold and manage national assets (digital, financial, infrastructural) for the benefit of the Tuvaluan people;

• Serve as a permanent steward of ethical AI, civic governance tools, and sovereign continuity initiatives;

• Operate according to principles of transparency, cultural integrity, regenerative stewardship, and open civic participation.
   

The legal registration process is underway and expected to be completed shortly. Upon completion, full confirmation of Trust status and registration number will be posted on this Website.
 

Until formal registration is finalized, all activities conducted under the name of "Te Fale o Te Mātāmua" are provisional and based on the Trust's founding principles as publicly disclosed.
