Why Aerial Logistics Matter
Heading 2
On small islands with limited roads and rising sea levels, delivery by air is faster, safer, and far more resilient. Zipline drones operate with quiet precision, gliding over flooded zones, damaged roads, or distant atolls. Each delivery strengthens the supply chain and keeps our islands connected.
Zipline P2: The System
From Sky to Shore: Fast, Clean, Island-Wide Delivery

The Tuvalu Sovereign Vision Project proposes the creation of a new era of delivery infrastructure using Zipline P2 drones to establish an island-wide aerial logistics system. This clean, silent, and highly accurate network would carry everything from medicines and school kits to solar components and civic essentials. Integrated with the Guardian and Arbor systems, each flight could become more than a delivery—it would serve as part of a transparent, citizen-guided infrastructure for public wellbeing and climate resilience.
Modular Docks
Each dock supports 7 electric drones, with autonomous routing and 10-minute turnaround.
Quiet & Efficient
Less than 55 dB in flight, up to 10 kg payload, 10-meter delivery accuracy.
Multi-Drop Flights
One flight, many stops.
Clean Power
Docks run on solar + battery, controlled by Guardian.

Operated by Tuvaluan Stewards
Heading 2
Each Zipline dock will be operated by a team of locally trained youth, known as "Aerial Stewards." These stewards will receive hands-on instruction in drone operations, preventative maintenance, battery safety, flight scheduling, and basic electronics. They will also be responsible for coordinating deliveries through the Arbor system and participating in public-facing rituals when deliveries are made. This program not only creates sustainable jobs, but also cultivates technical skills and civic pride across generations.
